- 1 dry ranch dressing packet
- 1 au jus seasoning packet
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5-6 pepperoncinis
Instructions
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet over the top of the beef chuck roast.
- Add the au jus packet on top of the ranch seasoning.
- Place the unsalted butter on the roast.
- Scatter pepperoncinis around the meat.
- Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 hours.
- If desired, shred the meat into the sauce after cooking for 7½ hours.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the roast overnight with the seasonings.
