Description
This Roasted Garlic White Bean Dip combines creamy white beans, savory roasted garlic, and fresh herbs for an irresistible treat that’s easy to make and perfect for any gathering.

- 16 ounces any white beans, 1 can – i used butter beans, 425g
- 3 cloves roasted garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt to taste, 3g
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste, 1g
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil, to taste, 45–60ml
- 2 tablespoons room temperature water, 30ml
- 1 teaspoon chopped oregano, 1g
- 1 teaspoon chopped basil, 1g
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, 1g
- Olive oil to drizzle
- parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the white beans and rinse them in a strainer. Pat them dry with a towel.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If a thinner consistency is desired, add more olive oil while adjusting the seasoning accordingly.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and, if time allows, chill for 2 hours to enhance the flavors.
- Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with parsley, and enjoy with chips or your favorite dippers.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add more olive oil as needed during blending.
Allowing the dip to chill will enhance the flavor.
Pairs beautifully with vegetable sticks, pita chips, or crusty bread.
