Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup butter; melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese; softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3.4 oz vanilla flavored jell-o instant pudding and pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture into each muffin liner in a muffin pan.
  3. Press the crumbs firmly into the bottom of each liner using a tart tamper or the back of a spoon.
  4. Place the muffin pan in the freezer to set while preparing the filling.
  5. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the vanilla pudding mix and milk to the cream cheese, mixing until smooth and slightly thickened.
  7. Distribute the filling evenly among the lined muffin cups.
  8. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, allowing the filling to firm up.
  9. Before serving, top each mini dessert with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of warmed strawberry jam.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
You can add other toppings like blueberries or raspberries for variety.
For a firmer dessert, let it chill longer in the refrigerator.
