Description

Italian Sliders are a delightful fusion of flavors, featuring layers of salami, provolone, and turkey. They are easy to prepare, making them an ideal choice for quick dinners or gatherings. Enjoy this tasty snack that everyone will love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices salami, about 3 ounces
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 slices turkey deli meat, about 3 ounces
  • 9 slices deli pepperoni, about 3 ounces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the entire slab of rolls in half lengthwise without separating them and place the bottom half on a greased sheet pan.
  2. Layer salami, provolone cheese, turkey, and pepperoni on the bottom half of the rolls, then place the top back on.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese melts.
  5. While sliders bake, mix shredded lettuce, banana peppers, red onions, mayonnaise, and Italian dressing in a large bowl.
  6. Slice the sliders into individual sandwiches. Remove the top buns and add the lettuce mixture to the sliders (best to add to those you’ll eat immediately). Replace the top buns and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite ingredients like tomatoes or different types of cheese.
