Description

This frozen coconut lemonade combines sweet honey, creamy coconut, and zesty lemon for a deliciously refreshing treat. Perfect for warm days and incredibly simple to prepare, this homemade delight will quench your thirst and impress your guests in no time.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (4-5 large lemons)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 cups ice


Instructions

  1. Brush the rim of your glasses with honey generously.
  2. Spread the coconut flakes onto a shallow plate and dip the glasses into the flakes, shaking off the excess.
  3. Press the flakes gently onto the rim to help them stick.
  4. In a blender, combine lemon juice, sugar, coconut cream, cold water, and ice.
  5. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into four smaller glasses or two large glasses and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or sugar to taste.
For a tropical twist, add a splash of pineapple juice!
Serve immediately for the best texture.
