- 2 cups shredded colby jack or cheese of choice
- 1 packet taco seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
- 10 oz can rotel with chiles, drained
- optional substitute for sour cream: greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sour cream with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
- Mix in shredded cheese and drained Rotel, adding a pinch of salt.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour if desired.
