Description

This Boat Dip features a creamy blend of sour cream, colby jack cheese, and zesty taco and ranch seasonings. Perfect as a quick snack or appetizer, it’s a go-to choice for any gathering, sure to please all your guests with its delicious flavor.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz sour cream/light or regular
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack or cheese of choice
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
  • 10 oz can rotel with chiles, drained
  • optional substitute for sour cream: greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
  2. Mix in shredded cheese and drained Rotel, adding a pinch of salt.
  3. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour if desired.
  4. Serve with chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

For added protein, consider using Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese as a substitute for sour cream.
