- 1-2 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries (optional)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ice to fill your glass
Instructions
- Combine the fresh strawberries, freeze-dried raspberries (if using), cottage cheese, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth. Add in milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, whisking until well mixed.
- Pour the matcha mixture evenly into two glasses filled with ice.
- Carefully spoon or pour the blended strawberry mixture over the matcha in each glass.
- Stir to mix or enjoy the layers separately!
