Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh ripe strawberries (tops cut off)
  • 1-2 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries (optional)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ice to fill your glass


Instructions

  1. Combine the fresh strawberries, freeze-dried raspberries (if using), cottage cheese, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth. Add in milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, whisking until well mixed.
  3. Pour the matcha mixture evenly into two glasses filled with ice.
  4. Carefully spoon or pour the blended strawberry mixture over the matcha in each glass.
  5. Stir to mix or enjoy the layers separately!

Notes

Adjust the amount of maple syrup according to your sweetness preference.
