- 2 pork tenderloins 2 – 2.5lbs total
- 12 oz pineapple juice 1.5 cups
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Place 2 pork tenderloins in a slow cooker and pour 1.5 cups of pineapple juice over top.
- Mix together 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp smoked paprika.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the pork.
- Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 4-6 hours.
- When ready, remove the pork and cut it into pieces to avoid large shreds.
- Shred the smaller pieces with 2 forks and return the shredded pork to the crockpot, mixing with the leftover juices.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
