Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¾ cup pepperoni chopped
  • pizza sauce for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the milk, beaten eggs, mozzarella cheese, and chopped pepperoni using a spatula until just incorporated; be careful not to overmix.
  4. Scoop the batter into the greased muffin pan and bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
