This No-Bake Easter Dirt Cake Pudding Dessert features layers of creamy vanilla pudding, crushed Oreo cookies, and Cool Whip, making it a delightful treat for any occasion.

- 3 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 3.4 ounce packages instant vanilla pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 ounces oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter softened (1 stick)
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cool whip thawed
- easter sprinkles or other seasonal sprinkles for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Whisk together milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla pudding in a medium bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Crush Oreos in a food processor until they resemble potting soil to create the ‘dirt.’
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
- Fold together the pudding mixture with the Cool Whip, then incorporate this into the butter and cream cheese mix.
- Layer the pudding mixture and cookie ‘dirt’ in serving dishes, repeating the layers until full.
- Refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
- Add Easter sprinkles on top before serving, if desired.
- Serve cold.
Notes
For a richer flavor, refrigerate longer than 12 hours.
