- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning or 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 strips cooked bacon about ½ cup chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning using a handheld mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and green onions until everything is evenly mixed.
- Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour. Just before serving, add extra crumbled bacon and green onions on top.
- Transfer the dip into a greased 2-quart baking dish and bake it uncovered in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until it is hot and bubbly.
Notes
For a creamier texture, allow the dip to sit in the fridge longer than 1 hour before serving.
