Description

This Green Power Smoothie marries the flavors of spinach, apple, and banana into a delightful and healthy drink. It’s simple to prepare and perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 small apple cored and chopped
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • ice cubes optional, for thickness


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust by adding more lemon if you prefer a brighter flavor, or more milk if the texture is too thick.
