Description

This Green Goddess Dressing is a delightful blend of creamy mayo, fresh herbs, and zesty garlic. Whip it up in minutes for a tasty topping on salads or as a refreshing dip, making any meal more enjoyable!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh herbs tightly packed (italian parsley & basil recommended)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  3. Enjoy immediately as a salad dressing or dip.
  4. To use later, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

For a thicker dressing, use more sour cream or yogurt.
Feel free to customize herbs based on your preference.
