- 3/4 cup mayo
- 3/4 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh herbs tightly packed (italian parsley & basil recommended)
- 3 tablespoons fresh chives minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.
- Enjoy immediately as a salad dressing or dip.
- To use later, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

For a thicker dressing, use more sour cream or yogurt.
