- ¼ cup brown sugar packed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the quick cooking oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, and brown sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the edges for easy removal. Press the oat mixture firmly and evenly into the dish.
- Place the dish in the freezer and freeze for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until firm. Once set, remove from the dish and place on a cutting board. Cut into 10 rectangles and wrap each bar in parchment paper or plastic wrap.
