Description

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (fresh or jarred)
  • salt & black pepper, to taste
  • optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
  • optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Place frozen green beans in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Add butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper on top.
  3. Cover the dish loosely with a lid or plastic wrap.
  4. Microwave on high for 5–7 minutes until the beans are hot and tender.
  5. Stir the mixture, then add red pepper flakes or lemon juice if desired.

Notes

Fresh green beans can be used for a more vibrant flavor.
