- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 2 roma tomatoes , chopped
- 2 green onions , chopped
- 1 baby cucumber , chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ – 2 tablespoons cavender's greek seasoning
Instructions
- In a medium sized serving bowl, use a fork to crumble the block of feta cheese.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, green onions, and cucumber to the bowl. Toss everything together gently.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle Cavender's Greek seasoning on top. Toss again.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend the feta with olive oil before mixing with vegetables.
