Description

This Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip features an irresistible combination of cream cheese, ranch, and buffalo sauce. Perfect for parties or a quick snack, it combines ease of preparation with a tantalizing flavor that’s sure to please everyone!


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup prepared ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese, grated by hand
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken


Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the slow cooker liner with cooking spray.
  2. Add cream cheese, garlic powder, ranch, buffalo wing sauce, colby jack cheese, and diced chicken into the slow cooker. Mix gently with a spatula.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Once melted and warmed through, switch to warm setting for up to 4 hours. Optional: sprinkle with cilantro or bleu cheese and drizzle with hot sauce before serving.
  5. Serve with veggies, crackers, chips, or your choice of dippers.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more buffalo wing sauce according to your taste.
