- ½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Add the hard boiled eggs, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder to a blender.
- Blend for 15 seconds, then scrape down the sides and bottom of the blender.
- Blend for another 15 seconds, scraping down the blender again as needed.
- Blend for a final 40 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until cold, preferably overnight.
- Spoon into serving dishes and top with whipped topping and shaved dark chocolate if desired.
