Instructions

- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, blending well.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips or chunks.
- Let the cookie dough rest on the counter for 10 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out dollops of dough (about 30-35 grams each) and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray, ensuring at least 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake for 14 minutes.
