- 8 slices bacon
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 4 slices white cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- ranch dressing, for drizzling
- 4 to 8 brioche buns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bacon on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until crispy and golden.
- While the bacon cooks, prepare the chicken burgers by seasoning the ground chicken with ranch seasoning. If needed, add salt and pepper. Divide the chicken into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Heat the avocado oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, flatten each chicken ball into the skillet using the back of a spray-coated glass until thin. Repeat for 2 or 3 remaining balls.
- After 2 to 3 minutes, gently flip each burger and press down with a clean glass. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger and cook until melted, about 1 to 2 additional minutes. Remove the burgers and cook the remaining chicken.
- To assemble, place shredded lettuce on the bottom of a brioche bun. Add 1 or 2 chicken patties, top with 1 to 2 slices of bacon, drizzle ranch dressing, and close with the top bun. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can use turkey instead of chicken if preferred.
Feel free to substitute the white cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese varieties.
Customize toppings with additional vegetables like tomatoes or pickles if desired.
