- 1 small clove garlic, pressed or minced
- ¼ teaspoon fine salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as desired.
- For enhanced flavor, chill the mixture for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
For a thicker dressing, use less buttermilk.
