Description

This Balsamic Glaze is a simple yet flavorful addition to any meal. Crafted with balsamic vinegar and sugar, it transforms dishes with its rich taste, making it an essential for quick dinners and healthy meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100g pancetta or guanciale, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until it's al dente, then drain the pasta.
  2. In a pan, cook the diced pancetta until it's crispy, then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Combine the hot spaghetti with the pancetta and garlic in the pan. Remove from the heat.
  5. Quickly add the egg and cheese mixture to the pasta, stirring vigorously to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Season to taste with salt and black pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley if you like.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use guanciale instead of pancetta.
