- ½ cup peanut butter , or almond butter
- ¼ cup raisins
Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks well and pat them dry.
- Cut the celery into 3-4-inch pieces.
- Spread peanut butter or almond butter into the hollow center of each celery piece.
- Press raisins into the peanut butter along the top of each piece to look like 'ants on a log.'
- Arrange on a serving plate and serve right away.
Notes
For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
