Description

This 5 Ingredient Hot Corn Dip is a delightful mix of cream cheese, sweet corn, crispy bacon, zesty green chiles, and pepper jack cheese. Quick to prepare, it makes for a tasty appetizer that’s ideal for any gathering or cozy night in.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature (227 grams)
  • 14.75 ounces cream corn (418 grams)
  • 1/2 pound bacon cut into small pieces and cooked (226.8 grams)
  • 4 ounces green chiles drained (113 grams)
  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese divided (226 grams)
  • green onions chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend the cream corn and cream cheese using a hand mixer. Mix in the bacon, chiles, and 1 cup of cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the cover, add the remaining cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. If desired, top with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
