- 14.75 ounces cream corn (418 grams)
- 1/2 pound bacon cut into small pieces and cooked (226.8 grams)
- 4 ounces green chiles drained (113 grams)
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese divided (226 grams)
- green onions chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, blend the cream corn and cream cheese using a hand mixer. Mix in the bacon, chiles, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cover, add the remaining cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
- If desired, top with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
